Our StaffPastor Dr. Danny Haynes was called as Pastor of EBC on September 4, 2005. Bro. Danny has served four additional churches as pastor and holds both Master of Theology and Doctor of Theology degrees. Prior to being called into the ministry, he played several years of professional baseball and was a businessman with Keebler Co. for seventeen years. Minister of Youth and Education Rev. Jeff Scroggs started as the Youth & Education minister on July 1, 2007. He has served at two other churches working with youth, education, and music. He holds the Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech and the Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He grew up in Gainesville, GA and married Amber while attending seminary in Louisville. Minister of Music Stephanie Lucas has been director of music at EBC since July of 2006. Previously, she spent two and a half years as a part-time music director. Stephanie is currently the Guidance Counselor at Rineyville Elementary School where she has been employed for eight years.
